Fidele Mutanguha Usabase is the Head of the Emergency Department at SASA Group Rwanda, where he leads the delivery and continuous improvement of emergency medical services.

He brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, having served in various hospitals and health centers across Rwanda. Holding an Advanced Diploma in General Nursing, Fidele has built a distinguished career in emergency care, clinical leadership, and patient-centered service delivery.

His commitment to quality improvement and operational excellence plays a key role in strengthening SASA Group Rwanda’s emergency response capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of pre-hospital and emergency medical care.
